Are you passionate about working in nature, growing fresh produce, and embracing a sustainable lifestyle? We're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team for the upcoming growing season: May to October, 2025.

We're seeking individuals who are:

  • Hardworking and reliable

  • Passionate about sustainable agriculture and local food systems

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks associated with farm work

  • Positive, adaptable, and willing to learn

Your role may include:

  • Plant, weed, and harvest over 100 varieties of vegetables and flowers, connecting with the rhythm of nature.

  • Create elegant floral arrangements that bring beauty to special moments.

  • Support farm events and gatherings, fostering a sense of community and celebration.

  • Care for the land with general farm maintenance and stewardship.

  • Embrace organic and regenerative farming practices, nurturing both crops and the earth.

  • Engage in physically rewarding outdoor tasks, soaking in fresh air and sunshine.

  • Collaborate with a hardworking, cheerful team or enjoy peaceful moments working independently.

  • Share the farm’s bounty and positivity with customers at market and CSA deliveries.
